Warranty and Returns Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1. The electronic device sold by Aiving SA (“Company”) is covered by a limited warranty in accordance with European Union law. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
1.2. If the electronic device is found to be defective during the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace the device at no additional cost to the customer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Warranty Claims
2.1. To make a warranty claim, customers must contact the Company’s customer support team through email at support@aiving.ch within the warranty period. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility for warranty service.
2.2. Customers may be required to return the defective electronic device to the Company for inspection and repair. The cost of shipping the device to the Company shall be borne by the customer, while the Company will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced device to the customer.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1. Customers may return the electronic device for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date if they are not satisfied with the product for any reason. To initiate a return, customers must contact the Company’s customer support team to obtain a return authorization.
3.2. The electronic device must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3.3. Once the returned device is received and inspected by the Company, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
4. Exclusions
4.1. This warranty and returns policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any breach of warranty or failure to provide a refund shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the customer for the defective product.
